Senior Endpoint Computing
Job Description
- Researches and oversees initiatives/programs to improve and enhance end user computing capability within the organization
- Understands Google Workspace, Directory Services, Unified Endpoint Management, Endpoint Privilege Management, Messaging, & Collaboration, SAML/OAuth Authentication, Windows/Mac Management and IT Helpdesk
- Works with a team of L1/L2 desktop engineers to take care of end-user issues
- Develops and executes strategy for End User Computing
- Deploys and maintains Unified Endpoint Management & Local Admin Password/Privilege Solution to endpoints
- Administers system, network and cloud
- Troubleshoots technical issues
Job Requirements
- With at least three (3) years of IT experience
- With strong knowledge in IT operations, architecture, networks, products and security standards
- With deep understanding of Windows desktop and policies
- Experienced in end user computing – is able to prepare threat profiles to identify, quantify and address security risks
- Familiar with common tools to manage endpoints
- Technically hands-on and curious about the inner workings of technologies
- Experienced in AD/AAD/ADFS, Google Workspace, UEM, EPM/LAPS, and AV/EDR tools
- With strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
- With strong communications and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. This includes good writing and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and in teams
- With relevant qualifications in Endpoint Management or Computer Science/Engineering
- Certified in Microsoft 365 Certified Expert, VMware VCAP/VCIX or equivalent
